This week we have been learning about ANZAC day. We learnt that it is the day we remember all of those that lost their lives in war. We read a story called My Granddad Marches on ANZAC Day. Some of us felt really sad that many people lost their lives. Tomorrow Natalie and Esmee will lay our class wreath in assembly.
This is Lily. She brought some interesting news about her great granddad who was in the 28th Maori Battalion. You should be so proud of your brave papa Lily.
Thanks everyone for coming into visit Hop. She loves visitors.
As you can see she also loves jumping around our room. She is very inquisitive. (That means she likes to look at everything).

Today we got our new bunny. She is a girl. She has black eyes and a pink nose. She is white and grey and very fluffy and so so soft. She is beautiful. We have called her HOP.
This is her new house. It is called a hutch. She has some silver beet from our garden and a feijoa from Max and a water bottle.
She is as snug as a bug in her new hutch.
